Anthony Grillo

Anthony Grillo has been involved in intellectual property since 1992, when his practice covered essentially every aspect of protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. Over the years, he has led a number of patent licensing programs and teams, managed intellectual property litigation and served as lead negotiator in resolving intellectual property disputes.

Most recently, Anthony served as Senior Vice President of Licensing for Saxon Innovations, LLC, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Licensing for IPVALUE Management, Inc., where he led patent assertion activities for various clients. Mr. Grillo was also Vice President of Intellectual Property for Agere Systems where he led the IP legal and business teams. Prior to Agere, he worked as an intellectual property attorney in private practice.

Mr. Grillo holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University. He is registered to practice at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
